수노(Suno) AI 무료 범위와 저작권 — 무료로 만든 노래 수익화 되나·요금제별 다운로드 조건

수노(Suno) 무료 요금제로 만든 노래로는 수익을 낼 수 없습니다. 공식 도움말은 무료 요금제 곡이 개인적·비상업적 용도로만 쓰이고 수익화할 수 없다고 적었습니다.1

무료 요금제는 매일 새로 채워지는 50크레딧으로 곡을 만듭니다.13 만들어서 링크로 공유하는 데까지는 열려 있지만,1 돈이 오가는 순간 막힙니다.

유료 요금제의 상업적 이용권은 원하는 방식으로 수익을 내되, 그 수익에 수노가 지분을 주장하지 않는다는 뜻입니다.14

다만 가사가 내 것이라고 곡 전체가 내 것이 되지는 않습니다. 무료 요금제로 만든 곡은 여전히 수노가 소유하고,5 비상업적 용도로만 쓸 수 있습니다.7

남의 가사를 넣은 곡은 반대 방향으로 조심해야 합니다. 곡으로 수익을 내려면 그 곡 전체의 배타적 권리자여야 한다는 게 수노의 안내입니다.25

구독 전에 만든 곡의 권리

무료로 만든 곡이 마음에 들어 뒤늦게 구독해도 그 곡에 상업적 이용권이 생기지 않습니다.26 특정 곡에 소급 권리를 줄 수도 있다고 했지만, 보장은 아니라고 적었습니다.27

그래서 수익화 계획이 있다면 순서가 먼저입니다. 구독을 시작한 뒤, 구독 중에 다운로드한 곡으로 수익을 내야 합니다.2

무료 요금제는 가입 시점으로 갈립니다. 2026년 9월 3일 전에 가입한 사용자는 체험 다운로드 7회를 받고 추가 구매도 할 수 있습니다.31 그 뒤에 가입한 사용자는 체험 다운로드를 가끔 받습니다.9 어느 쪽이든 체험 다운로드로 받은 곡은 상업적 이용 대상이 아니고,32 무료 요금제 이용자는 결과물을 개인적·비상업적 용도로만 쓰기로 약관에 동의한 상태입니다.7
